Dear Neighbor:

Q: Do those glaring and obtrusive sports lights at the Loyal Heights Community Center athletic fields spoil your evenings? Drive you nuts? Keep you awake? Keep your kids awake?

A: Don't just sit there, do something about it!

The Loyal Heights athletic field lighting was installed twenty years ago.
Sports lighting has gotten much better since that time.
The new sports lighting (by Soft Lighting Systems) have greatly reduced light "Spill" than those installed at Loyal Heights.
Mayor Paul Schell is recommending a eight-year, $223 million levy for parks money
$2 million would go to Loyal Heights Community center!!!
The city wants to know how to spend that $2 million.
They need to know that WE WANT BETTER LIGHTS

On June 8th, 5:30pm in the Council Chambers, 1100 Municipal Building there will be a PRO Parks 2000 meeting where you can voice your desire to have these lights upgraded.
